What are the printing guidelines?

All members of our school community are encouraged to reduce the amount of printing taking place within our schools. Not only will this reduce costs for our district, but it also will help care for our planet. To that end, all printing that takes place at school should be for educational reasons and/or school-related. Please consider doing the following:

Determine whether you need to print at all. If something can be done digitally, avoid printing.
Double-check the drafts of print jobs prior to printing.
If what you need printed absolutely must be printed in color, speak to a library staff member.
Print things double-sided when possible.

How do I print in the library?

Printing in the library is simple! Follow the steps below:

Make sure that you are on the ESMA WiFi, not the ESM-guest WiFi.
After clicking the print button, select one of the two following destinations:
- Black and White Printing: HSLIBXC1
- Color Printing: See Library Staff
Sign in with Google to release the print.

Staff online printing services

Staff should consider using the OCM BOCES online printing services for larger print jobs. Smaller jobs can be completed in the library.
